DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY

1. Deposit Requirement

A minimum deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required before any work begins.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. The deposit secures project scheduling, resource allocation, and initial work.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after commencement:

  • The deposit will be retained

  • Additional charges may apply for work completed

4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed work

  • Digital services delivered

  • Time-based services already rendered

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the Company.
